NorthStarArchery typically ships all in stock products within 2-4 weeks of your order placement. This time frame often changes as a result of order volumes and lead times on parts and product lines we represent. Completed missiles are built to the customer’s specification. Contact NorthStar Archery to get the current build times before placing your order.

While we strive to maintain a 2-4 week average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. We supply equipment for, and bring our traveling store to, a number of Society events around the country throughout the year. We catch up on orders as soon as we return to our home office. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)

NorthStar Archery will ship to any physical address in the US. NorthStar Archery will ONLY ship outside of the US under circumstances in which we have had dialog with the custom, the order is prepaid and all customs fee, duties, port taxes and tariffs are borne EXCLUSIVELY by the customer. We will not honor any payment requests or claims from any foreign shippers, government or private agencies or officials for parcels held up in customs. If the customer elects not to pay any duties, fees or added costs imposed by their country, then your order is forfeit and will be seized by local customs officials. We are simply not set up to fight the powers that be in other nations. Shipments to PO Boxes may not be possible for certain items. In this case the customer will be contacted and asked to provide a physical address. Each package may require signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available for its reception.

Items shipped from NorthStar Archery may be insured up to the full purchase price. It is NorthStar Archery’s responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from NorthStar Archery to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.

NorthStar Archery’s preferred carriers is USPS. All shipping will be competed through them unless otherwise specified. NorthStar Archery’s shipping prices may vary with those of their carrier. NorthStar Archery guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately displayed for each purchase at the time of purchase from northstararchery.com.

All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of our preferred carriers. NorthStar Archery honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a Monday-Friday work week.
